In this class, we will discuss up-and-coming styles and lesser-known regions that give value, freshness, and fun in the wine world where you may not have known it existed.
We’ll taste five wines and discuss why these styles are worth seeking out.

Wine Pairing ABCs

Ever wonder why champagne and oysters are such an iconic duo, or Cabernet and steak? By the end of this class, you’ll feel comfortable with the essential aspects of food and wine pairing.
In this class, we will taste five wines and a few different snacks to pair with wines.
What the Heck is Natural Wine?
Click here to register! Is there a bigger buzzword in wine than “Natural”? Sometimes it feels like the definition is shrouded in mystery, and some people feel there shouldn’t be. a definition at all. In this class, we will break down natural wine from the vineyard to the glass and cover concepts like organics, biodynamics, and ‘zero-zero’ winemaking. Whether you’re already an aficionado, unsure, or just want to learn how to drink things that are better for the planet, this is the class for you.
This is a two-hour evening class hosted on Wed. May 10th, 2023.

The event starts at 6 PM on April 27th in Chinatown, Vancouver.
Each ticket includes four samples of Adi’s wines served to guide the conversation, and an hour of class-time to learn about what makes South Africa, Chenin, and his wine project so special.
After the class, wines by the glass & snacks are available for purchase at additional cost (but fairy priced!). We hope as many people as possible will have a chance to meet Adi so expect lots of standing room once the wine bar portion of the evening begins.
