COURSE FORMAT

8 evenings | Theory discussion and tutored wine tastings each class

Applicable knowledge for restaurant servers, managers, sommeliers, wine sales or keen wine enthusiasts.



The Total Qualification Time (TQT) for the Level 2 Award in Wines is 28 hours. This is made up of 17 Guided Learning Hours (of which 1 hour is for the examination) and 11 hours’ private study.

This includes a hard copy version of the Level 2 textbook, ‘Wines: Looking Behind the Label’ text, Workbook, and S.A.T. card.
