We acknowledge that we operate a business as settlers on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Tsleil-Waututh, and Squamish Nations. We honour indigenous knowledge of the land in our exploration of viticulture and agricultural products, and source wines which respect these farming traditions as well. We further acknowledge that the history of wine is euro-centric and colonially perpetuated, and we aim to dismantle these attitudes in our classes and our businesses.
